Q. Do I have to be a musician?
A. No, the largest percentage of participants have little or no musical experience.
Q. How do I learn to drum?
A. The basic skills are taught by a facilitator who guides the drum circle for the session. You will find thats it is not all about the music. it's about you participating and allowing yourself to participate in a spiritual activity.
Q. Is there an a charge to participate in the circle.
A. The circle is free for anyone. Unity church allows us to use the facility at no charge.
Q. Can my children attend?
A. Absolutely! almost every month there are children participating. it is a great family fun event to experience.
Q. Is the circle just drumming?
A. The circle is an event to let your "free spirit" wander and have fun. Some have danced to the drumming, we have someone who does Native American chanting. You are free to experience the drum circle as you wish.
Q. What about an instrument?
A. We have several extra drums and rhythm instruments available. Participants often change the instrument they are playing to experience a new one. You can bring a plastic bucket (the five gallon ones work great, or bring your drum or rhythm instrument
